“It’s broken again. Does this make sense?”
Passengers are dissatisfied with the continuous suspension스포츠토토 of subway line 4 every day. Yesterday (11th) at 5:38 pm, train service was suspended due to a power outage accident in front of Handae-Sangnoksu Station in Ansan-si on Subway Line 4, but the operation resumed after about 2 hours.
After the accident, KORAIL started transporting passengers by disembarking shuttle trains between Handaeap Station and Sanbon Station (transfer between Handaeap Station and Sanbon Station), and succeeded in dispatching power at 7:43 p.m. through emergency recovery work, and resumed operation.
However, in the midst of heavy rain, train service was suspended, causing considerable inconvenience to citizens on their way home from work. The accident happened on this day when there was a failure in the electricity supply of the Seoul Transportation Corporation vehicle that shared the route, causing a failure in the power supply of the upstream line.
Also, around 6:27 am on the same day, smoke and sparks occurred from the lower part of the train heading toward Oido Station near Sanbon Station on the same line.
The accident lasted for 7 minutes until 34 minutes, and passengers on their way to work had to transfer to another train, experiencing another inconvenience earlier. On April 30, around 4:00 PM, an electric train that was operating in the direction of Oido near Beomgye Station in Anyang City broke down and stopped.
As a result of this accident, the operation of 18 electric trains bound for Oido was delayed by as little as 10 minutes and as long as 55 minutes, causing considerable inconvenience to many passengers. Also, earlier than this, on March 26, around 8:00 PM, an electric train heading from Gireum Station to Danggogae Station broke down.
Passengers who were in the train were trapped for about 20 minutes due to the accident, and train service was delayed while getting off the train.
Mr. Kim (45), an office worker who uses subway line 4 to commute from Gunpo/Sanbon New Town to Myeong-dong, Seoul, said, “I am annoyed by frequent train service disruptions.” he emphasized.
Another passenger, Mr. Lee (58), couldn’t hide his excitement, saying, “It’s fortunate that there are no casualties yet, but who will be responsible and how if there is a fatal accident?”
Meanwhile, regarding the accident that occurred on the 11th, KORAIL said, “There was a power outage accident due to a breakdown of the electricity supply device of a vehicle operated by the Seoul Transportation Corporation.”
